ValueSync is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Client's growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with government agencies and public organizations, promoting our innovative solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and service delivery. You will leverage your understanding of the public sector landscape to identify opportunities for ValueSync's products and services, crafting tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of public sector clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a passion for addressing the challenges faced by public entities. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support of our solutions, contributing to the overall mission of ValueSync to empower public sector organizations through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and grow the public sector market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government agencies and public organizations.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and customer needs.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a focus on the public sector being highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes and public procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
