  • Utilize a proven sales process and methodology to identify and develop new business opportunities for call center services.
  • Maximize sales revenue and profitability through strategic selling techniques.
  • Execute commercial planning, including calls, visits, emails, and after-sales activities, to introduce and sell Mellon Group’s services to both new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close agreements while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed sales activity reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
  • Prepare bids, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and contracts.
  • Participate in tenders to secure new business opportunities.

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably within call center services and/or outsourcing services;

· Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into the "best solution" offering

· Fluency in English and strong PC literacy

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to excel in a proactive, result-driven business development role

· Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
