We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales in the luxury residential real estate sector, specializing in villas and high-end apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the premium real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), real estate brokers, and channel partners, and closing high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of luxury villas and apartments by identifying and engaging potential buyers and investors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- B2B Sales & Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with real estate brokers, wealth managers, and corporate clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to position our properties effectively.
- Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, present offerings persuasively, and provide personalized consultations to clients.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, structure deals, and ensure smooth documentation and transaction completion.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and strategic planning.
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns, promotional events, and exclusive property showcases.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury villas and high-end residential properties.
- Strong expertise in B2B sales and experience working with real estate brokers, investors, and wealth managers.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals in the luxury real estate segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage affluent clients.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences in the premium real estate sector.
- Ability to conduct site visits, give compelling property tours, and address client queries effectively.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to handle high-net-worth clients discreetly.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to track leads and optimize sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
- Certifications in real estate sales or luxury property management are a plus.
- Strong network and connections within the luxury real estate industry.
