In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to clients, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the distribution or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and networking.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
