ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia) and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative in our Elpedison Store at Kifisia to be responsible for the day-to-day in store activities concerning the acquisition of new customers, customer service and bill payments of existing customers, in retail store.

What will you do:

  • Reach and exceed personal and store sales targets and KPI s.
  • Present, promote and sell the company‘s products, services and special offers.
  • Remain up to date with the competition ‘s products & services.
  • Answer customers’ questions about products and services.
  • Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity.
  • Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.
  • Prepare sales contracts and monitor the contract procedure.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest promptly them to your seniors.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow the Company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Aim to resolve issues end to end
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Be responsible for the upkeep of the store in terms of display, stock and general upkeep, and opening and closing procedures.
  • Carry out in a proactive manner varied tasks that will be assigned.
  • Use the various IT systems according to the company’s procedures.
  • Participate actively in regular training and coaching sessions.

What you need to be successful:

  • A bachelor degree in Business or Social Sciences
  • At least 2 years experience in retail Sales, preferably in services
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer service
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with customer behavior principles.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibility and consistency
  • Sales skills, initiative and effectiveness
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Team spirit and positive mental attitude
