Job Title: Sales PromoterSalary: Starting ₹15,000-18,000/- per monthIndustry: Manufacturing/Retail Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter to boost product awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. Prior experience in the manufacturing or retail sector (preferably in perfumes and cosmetics) is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers to drive sales.Engage with potential buyers, provide product knowledge, and address queries.Assist in setting up promotional displays and maintaining a visually appealing sales area.Gather customer feedback and report on sales performance.Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and boost brand visibility.Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store marketing activities.Ensure stock availability and maintain accurate sales records Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, preferably in perfumes/cosmetics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Basic knowledge of sales reporting and stock management.Fluency in Hindi, English, or local languages is an advantage.
