AERONES is looking for an innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our talented team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that power our robotic systems and enhance operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
• Work on data analysis and preprocessing to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on AI technologies and best practices.
• Document AI methodologies, model development processes, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience designing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Latvian and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Experience in robotics or automation sectors is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
