Guardian Water Treatment (Part of Marlowe Environmental Services) are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team covering the London area.
What will I be doing as an Account Manager?
- Create a strong working relationship with customers, understanding of customer’s sites, systems and services
- Proactively manage customer accounts ensuring they are compliant and profitable
- Prepare quotes
- Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits
- Manage contract renewals
- Prospect new business opportunities and proactively manage the sales pipeline to achieve individual and regional targets
- Identifying referral, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Actively sell all product groups and service streams to new and existing customers
- Complete tenders and PQQ applications
What we need from you!
- Proven track record in Account Management
- Experience within water treatment/hygiene (essential)
- Proven sales skills demonstrating ability to deliver targets
- Experience of building strong relationships with customers
- Good presentation, planning and organisational skills
- Full UK driving license

- Basic salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
