we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Executive with a strong focus on taxation, compliance, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, tax filings, compliance management, and financial strategy,Taxation & Compliance:● Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and compliance.● Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to regulatory requirements.● Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax assessments and audits.● Stay updated with the latest tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.Audit & Financial Controls:● Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial standards.● Prepare and review financial documents for audit readiness.● Work closely with auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.● Implement internal financial controls and risk mitigation strategies.Financial Planning & Reporting:● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business growth.● Monitor cash flow, financial statements, and expense management.● Provide insights on cost optimization and financial efficiency.Accounting & Reconciliations:● Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure financial integrity.● Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.● Work with external and internal teams for audit and financial reporting. WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?● Qualification (M.com or CA Inter) 4-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, ● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.● Expertise in audit processes, internal financial controls, and risk management.● Proficiency in accounting software Tally, ● Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with strong attention to detailFEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED
