We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Strategist who is used to working with large B2B, global corporate and/or business clients, consulting, advising, planning and helping to implement solutions that qualitatively improve their brand, marketing and communications.
Our ideal candidate is both enthusiastic and measured, full of ideas yet who places the objective synthesis of other people’s ideas first, and is an absolute stickler for detail and accuracy, but who can clearly see how everything fits together within wider frameworks and systems.
They will have a broad range of skills that support and enhance our existing key client accounts and help develop new client engagements. From research and developing audience/business/landscape insights, to definition and planning, and seeing through execution and activation of solutions, this candidate will be able to communicate ideas clearly and compellingly at all levels, and with colleagues and clients alike.
We are looking for someone who can be the lead brains on branding projects and who is able to craft compelling copy and slides. Being able to demonstrate a power of persuasion will be one of their most important qualities.
At every opportunity, it is the role of the brand strategist that helps identify and articulate the value of the work being done by TheTin, reminding colleagues why we’re doing what we’re doing in terms of driving outcomes, and reminding the client of the value of what we deliver in helping to meet clearly stated objectives.
The role demands a creative yet analytical thinker who can continually adapt to support our clients in a range of different ways according to their changing needs. They will also be able to understand how to effectively translate thinking into practice, maximising the strategic effectiveness of brand communications across platforms and channels, especially digital.
Circa £60-65k dependent on experience
