You’ll be at the forefront of creating immersive, innovative, and engaging brand experiences, collaborating closely with various internal departments, including creative, finance, talent, logistics and production. This fast-paced, collaborative role is perfect for individuals with exceptional stakeholder management skills.These positions offer opportunities to travel nationwide, spearheading campaigns across the UK during the bustling festival and festive seasons. Attention to detail is crucial as we strive for excellence in event execution, building solid client relationships, and delivering across production to activation. You’ll collaborate and support stakeholders with pitches, responses and submissions for household name brands. Key responsibilities include:Developing strong key relationships with clients and be one of the ‘go-to’ colleaguesWorking with our Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaignUnderstanding clients’ needs and their key objectives/metrics for successIdentifying and coordinating all relevant resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of a campaignLeading day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshooting any issuesWorking closely with internal departments, ensuring they have the right information in order to fulfil their part in the campaignEnsuring campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and hitting clients’ KPIs.About usN2O is a leading brand activation agency. Our Head Office is based in Maidenhead, but we also have an office in Welwyn Garden City, and warehouses in Colnbrook and Bedford. A degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject, and/or evidence of relevant work experience at a successful first line management level will be acceptableHave a background in a busy service based environment, ideally working with FMCG brandsHave a creative mindset and love solving problemsAre a people person, love collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clientsThe ability to prioritise and work well under pressure while managing multiple projectsHave at least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar Campaign/Account Management roleStrong financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenditure and P&LHave excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails, and can deliver solid presentationsHave a high level of IT literacy including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports.
