As a Senior Concept Artist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity of our brand, creating stunning graphics that resonate with our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and UX/UI designers to bring concepts to life. Your artistic vision will help translate complex accounting concepts into engaging visuals that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also informative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that showcases their versatility and creativity, along with a keen understanding of color theory, composition, and typography. You will be expected to mentor junior artists, driving creative discussions and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an exciting field where art meets finance!ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative and engaging visual concepts for marketing materials, websites, and branding initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling designs.Create storyboards, mood boards, and sketches to present artistic ideas and concepts.Mentor and guide junior artists, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.Ensure that all design elements align with Octro’s brand identity and standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Octro’s visual assets fresh and relevant. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.Proven experience as a concept artist, preferably in an accounting or finance-related environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of artistic styles and techniques.Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar applications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
