As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll:   

• Craft compelling, high-converting copy across all marketing channels, including blog, landing pages, emails, push notifications, UX content, FAQs, social media, and sales-focused materials 
• Continuously update and edit content based on feedback and performance data 
• Research and quickly learn new topics, actively following industry trends and competitors 
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and strategic messaging across all content 
• Experiment with copy ideas, A/B test messaging, and refine content based on data insights 
• Transform complex technical concepts into a clear and engaging copy that drives action 
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice, style, and positioning 
• Manage and guide other copywriters and proofreaders if needed  
• Conduct competitive content analysis to track industry trends and refine strategy 

We expect:    

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2C setting 
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your versatility in writing, showcasing both short-form and long-form copy. Highlight examples of successful campaign contributions (work portfolio must be included as a link or in another format) 
• Fluency in Lithuanian and exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills 
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content 
• Understanding of SEO principles and data-driven strategies 
• Knowledge of content strategy and storytelling techniques 
• Proficiency in content marketing-related analytics 
• Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy across different formats  
• Strong research skills 
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency while ensuring copy remains human, engaging, and brand-aligned

Salary range   

Gross salary from 2800 – 4000 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
