We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards, generate reports, and provide deep analytical support to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Data Analysis & Insights: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
•  Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to present insights effectively.
•  SQL & Data Manipulation: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
•  Advanced Excel Analytics: Utilize MS-Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for data processing and reporting.
•  Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams including finance, marketing, and operations to provide data-driven recommendations.
•  Process Optimization: Identify gaps in data quality and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
•  Business Intelligence Strategy: Support the development of BI strategies to enhance decision-making and business performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. 
•  Strong SQL skills – ability to query large datasets, perform complex joins, and optimize query performance.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling, Macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
