What Your Day Might Look Like:

•  Lead Data Science Projects: Design and deliver ML pipelines that solve real-world business problems.
•  Collaborate with Clients: Help global brands unlock the power of advanced analytics.
•  Prototype & Innovate: Develop solutions that can evolve into full-scale products.
•  Stay on the Cutting Edge: Research new trends in ML and AI, keeping us ahead of the curve.
•  Mentor & Grow Talents: Coach and train our team of Data Scientists, expanding our practice.

Your Superpowers 🚀:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (Engineering, Stats, Math, etc.).
• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring data teams.
• Hands-on experience with Time Series/Forecasting, Optimization, Recommendation Systems and Churn Prediction
• Expert in Python or R, with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and advanced ML techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
