We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team in HSR, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and high-performance functionality. This position follows a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•  Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies for both front-end and back-end.
•  Collaborative Design: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
•  API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
•  Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain high code quality through best practices, peer code reviews, and automated testing.
•  Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, addressing potential bottlenecks.
•  Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

•  Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong track record of developing scalable web applications.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular).
• Proficiency in back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
