The company, which is a leading AI-powered travel platform for businesses, is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Automation Engineer to join its team.The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and their mission is to make the complex process of booking, changing and canceling flights and hotels for business trips quick and easy.They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.The office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and you will work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.Responsibilities:Automate prospecting, lead enrichment, and scoring using Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpotAnalyze company data (services, revenue, tech stack) to qualify leads automaticallyOptimize lead scoring models to improve MQL quality and reduce disqualificationRun & monitor AI-driven outbound campaigns to boost engagementEnsure data integrity across CRM and prospecting databasesLeverage AI & LLMs for automation, personalization, and lead qualificationCollaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine ICP targeting and improve conversionsContinuously iterate automation workflows to stay ahead of AI-driven demand generation trends 3–5 years in growth operations, sales automation, or tech-driven marketingProven experience with automated lead generation & qualification pipelinesExpertise in Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and similar toolsStrong knowledge of marketing automation, AI-driven prospecting & CRM workflowsDeep understanding of automated lead scoring & programmatic lead evaluationExperience with AI, LLMs & prompt engineering for outreachEnglish B2+Will be a plus:Experience with SQL, Airflow, or Redshift for data analytics Competitive salary up to 6500€ gross based on your experienceHybrid work with three office days and two days working from home25 paid vacation days and 30 working days from abroad8% holiday allowanceCommuting allowance for in-office daysFast-growing scale-up in the travel tech industryWork in a multicultural team, enriching inclusive work culture
