We are seeking to hire a Senior Java Developer / Team Leader, who will be involved in challenging projects as part of our skilled Application-Development Team of our IT Division.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead a team that will develop new products using latest open-source technologies in an agile environment.
• Analyze business requirements, produce technical design documents, breakdown development into sprints and tasks, assign tasks to team members and coordinate the development lifecycle.
• Be open to receive and give feedback in an environment that embraces continuous development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline or similar field.
• 5-6 years of working experience in software development using Enterprise-level Java.
• Good knowledge of modern agile-driven software development methodologies.
• Ability to lead a team of Java software developers.
• Experience with backend development using Spring boot, Restful web services, relational databases.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend development stack.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Git.
• Working experience with Solr/Elasticsearch would be a plus.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• An open mindset, who loves working in software industry and collaborates to find the best solutions always trying to minimize technical debt.
