We are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join our team and take an active role in the design, implementation, and overall coordination of co-financed projects, funded through national and European programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe, NSRF, Greece 2.0, Research – Create – Innovate).

As part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for both proposal development and project execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and compliance with funding regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project plans under co-financing frameworks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare complete project proposals.
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities and ensure delivery of all project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Prepare reports in line with programme requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, public authorities, funding bodies, and project partners.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication actions related to project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering or relevant field (MBA or postgraduate studies will be considered an asset).
• At least 5 years of experience in co-financed project management and funding proposal writing.
• Familiarity with European and national funding mechanisms and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Remote work arrangement, with in-person presence required only for client meetings or when specifically requested by clients.
