Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to reactivate dormant leads  ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
• Manage the journey orchestrations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
• Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Hubspot , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
  

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in CRM management or related fields, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
• Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
• Deep understanding of CRM software and tools, with a preference for Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively.
