You’ll work alongside a talented and passionate group, including the Head of Creative and Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, to deliver high-energy, innovative campaigns that resonate globally.

Your Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing high-impact, multi-channel strategies that drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role across a wide range of marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and strategic partnerships. Your innovative ideas and ability to challenge the status quo will elevate our brand and help take boohooMAN to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and implement campaigns that engage audiences and boost revenue.
• Own the creation of detailed marketing plans and ensure flawless execution across all platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics and use insights to optimise and refine ongoing campaigns.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, offering guidance and fostering a culture of growth.
• Stay on top of industry trends and audience preferences, ensuring all campaigns are fresh, innovative, and in line with market demands.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who’s a marketing expert and creative powerhouse. Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail, within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive results.
• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO) and experience using analytics tools to optimise campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and how to drive engagement across multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and strategies.
• A passion for fashion and an up-to-date understanding of the latest trends and cultural movements.
• Experience mentoring a team, and a proactive, collaborative approach to working across departments.
