Link Tree is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in the Accounting industry. As a pivotal member of our development team, you will play an essential role in driving the digital transformation of our accounting processes by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft's Power Platform. This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design innovative solutions, and implement applications that enhance productivity and efficiency within our organization. Your deep understanding of accounting practices will be instrumental in delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. By utilizing your expertise in low-code development and integrating various data sources, you will ensure that our applications are user-friendly, robust, and scalable. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform to streamline accounting processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with other data sources and services.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for accounting functions.Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.Support and mentor junior developers in best practices for Power Platform development.Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to ensure users can effectively utilize the applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
