Your Team
Our dynamic social media team is at the heart of everything we do, driving our online presence and engagement with millions of customers worldwide. We’re a tight knit crew with 2 Social Media Executives, 2 Social Media Assistants, working together to connect with almost 5 million followers across Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook. Over the past year, we've worked on global campaigns with major artists like Gunna, Trippie Redd, and DDG, and we’re excited for what’s next.

Your Role
As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying boohooMAN’s online presence, working closely with the Head of Creative, Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, and wider marketing team to create high-impact campaigns that resonate with our global audience.

You’ll take ownership of the social strategy across multiple platforms, leading content creation and managing the day-to-day social media activity. From keeping our content fresh and on-brand to reacting to emerging trends and building strong online communities, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our social media presence and elevate boohooMAN’s brand image. You will also be a key mentor to junior members of the team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output and fostering growth within the team.

What We Want to See
We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and driven Senior Social Media Executive who is ready to take our social presence to the next level. Ideally, you’ll have:

•  3+ years of social media experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within fashion or retail.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive results and engagement.
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how to leverage them for brand growth.
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop captivating copy and creative ideas that resonate with a wide audience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other content creation tools to help bring your ideas to life.
• Experience working with influencers, talent, and brand partnerships to amplify content and expand reach.
• A passion for the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and the latest cultural movements.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

3. You’ll be asked to complete a task that show your creativity and passion for social media, which you will then be invited into our MAN office in Manchester to present to our Senior Influencer Manager and Head of Creative.
