We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performing identity and access management solutions. This role is part of a team responsible for a modern identity platform that emphasizes security and delivers unified identity management across data centers, cloud, and mobile platforms.

You’ll contribute to the development of a comprehensive SaaS solution hosted on Amazon AWS, spanning multiple regions and leveraging a diverse set of AWS technologies including traditional, container-based, and serverless components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive feature design and implementation to elevate the product’s capabilities and user experience.
• Participate in iterative engineering processes with a focus on code quality, scalability, supportability, and performance.
• Write and review comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues identified internally or reported by customers.
• Collaborate with support teams to handle escalated customer issues.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical tasks and skill development.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development, ideally in cloud or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Solid experience building and integrating RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
• Frontend development skills using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Practical experience designing and deploying scalable cloud services using AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including version control and issue tracking systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OpenID, or OAuth.
• Strong foundation in security and networking best practices.
• Ability to manage complex, detail-oriented tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Effective leadership in technical discussions and team mentoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
