•  5+ years of experience with Ruby, on Rails or other popular frameworks.
• Experience in designing software architectures and scalable solutions. 
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines(CI/CD). 
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQLdatabases. 
• Experience with automatedtesting (unit, integration, e2e etc.).
• Experience with containers. 
• Fluent English (mandatory).  
• A strong team player mindset.

Nice to have (Bonus Points):

• Experience in Front-End development (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
