Develop and continuously evolve the corporate strategy in connection with the global Porsche sales strategy, market-specific requirements, and the VW group approach towards Asia Pacific
Support the corporate project portfolio steering ensuring its strategic fit, and track project success
Foster cross-departmental collaboration in line with the global Porsche culture and support internal change management enabling a seamless strategy implementation
Manage strategic business development projects in areas such as customer care and customer experience and support functional leads in the execution of major strategic projects
Identify, prioritise, adapt, and establish internal process improvements, best practices, and cross-functional synergies at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters as well as other subsidiaries
University degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
Previous working experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing or related business areas preferred
Experience in premium automotive will be an added advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English, excellent communication skills
Well established project management and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and travel within the Asia Pacific region
