Job Title: Shopify listing & Customer Service RepresentativeWe’re hiring a detail-oriented and experienced professional to assist with uploading products on Shopify and supporting our customer service operations. If you’re skilled in managing Shopify stores and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ESTJob Responsibilities:Upload product images, pricing, titles, and descriptions on ShopifyManage product listings and ensure accuracy in detailsHandle customer inquiries via email and phone Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedbackAssist with maintaining organized Excel and Word files  Experience with Shopify – familiarity with uploading products and managing listings Customer Service Experience – responding to customer emails and phone calls is a plusProficiency in Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills Weekly PayWork From HomeEasy Hiring Process
