This team plays a crucial role in advancing vehicle capabilities by leveraging simulation to accelerate development, identify performance issues before on-road testing, and validate system requirements.If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are passionate about simulation, automation, and autonomous technology, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact!What You’ll Do:✅ Use 3rd-party and proprietary simulation tools to create and refine scenario tests. ✅ Collaborate with customers to design test sets and evaluate vehicle performance. ✅ Perform quality checks on test sets to ensure accuracy and reliability. ✅ Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and overall efficiency. ✅ Detect, track, and report bugs and inconsistencies in simulation tools. ✅ Develop and update documentation and training materials to enhance team knowledge. ✅ Triage and address incoming bugs, feature requests, and issues efficiently. What You Bring:🔹 Experience working in the autonomous driving industry. 🔹 1+ year of software development or programming experience in Python (Recent CS graduates welcome!). 🔹 Background in programming, software QA/QC, or related fields. 🔹 Hands-on experience with simulation software, mapping software, or other 3D applications. 🔹 Strong proficiency with the Linux command line. 🔹 Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar documentation/task management tools. 🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can clearly document and explain findings. 🔹 Detail-oriented mindset—organized, meticulous, and thorough in your work.
