Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone and email
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and warranties.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product information and company policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Fluency in Slovak and a good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • No prior experience required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are a plus.
