Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian via phone and email
• Assist clients with their questions about e-cigarette products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve customer issues
• Stay updated on product offerings and trends in the e-cigarette industry
• Engage in training programs to continuously develop customer service skills

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
• No prior customer service experience required; eagerness to learn is essential
• Strong written communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively within a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
