Job Description

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate soccer coaches to lead individual and small-group training sessions. Ideal candidates will have playing and/or coaching experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to connect with players and parents in a professional and encouraging manner.Responsibilities: Plan and conduct private and small group training sessions. Implement technical drills that prioritize ball touches and skill development. Create a positive, fun, and focused learning environment. Provide feedback to players and communicate progress to parents when needed. Arrive early, set up equipment neatly, and represent Futbol Factory with professionalism. Submit session plans and follow company training structures and philosophies.
