Scope of work
A. Social Media Growth Strategy
• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on organic growth, engagement,
and community building.
• Use AI tools to identify trends, optimize content, and maximize reach without relying
on paid campaigns.
• Define KPIs for organic growth, including follower growth, engagement rates, and
referral traffic.
B. SEO Strategy & Execution
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
• Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for target keywords.
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content (e.g., blogs, guides,
and tutorials) that aligns with user intent.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO elements, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness,
and crawlability.
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
C. Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze social media performance using AI analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite,
Sprout Social, or proprietary AI tools).
• Provide weekly & monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.
D. Platform Management
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on key platforms, including but not
limited to:
o Instagram
o Twitter (X)
o Facebook
o LinkedIn
o TikTok
o YouTube
o Medium
o Pseudo Instagram Handle
o CEO’s Social Media
D. Content Creation & Management
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, platform-specific
content (e.g., videos, graphics, reels, stories, and posts).
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand’s voice and
messaging.
• Repurpose high-performing content across platforms to maximize reach.
E. Community Engagement
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of
community around the brand.
• Monitor and manage online conversations related to the brand, including addressing
customer inquiries and feedback.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and gaming communities to amplify
reach organically.
F. Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze social media and SEO performance using AI analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics, SEMrush, or proprietary AI tools).
• Provide monthly reports on organic growth, engagement, and user journey metrics.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.
G. Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and AI teams to align social media efforts
with product launches, events, and campaigns.
• Provide input on how AI-driven features can be showcased on social media to attract
and engage users.
