Job Description

We are looking to hire a Team Lead to manage our client's Philippine-based Creative and Social Media team. This role requires strong leadership, creative direction, and digital marketing expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully RemoteKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the creative and social media team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Provide guidance on content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies.Coordinate and align social media campaigns with business goals.Develop and maintain a structured posting calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content scheduling.Optimize workflows and team efficiency to maximize output.Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative team environment and support skill development. Proven experience in creative direction, social media marketing, and digital marketing.Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience handling remote teams.Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.Strong understanding of performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
