About the role
We are are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team based in our Brighton office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll focus on maintaining and improving our flagship access control products, developing new features, and debugging critical systems. As a Software Engineer at Paxton, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our software solutions. You will be responsible for the full software lifecycle, from investigating and fixing bugs to designing new features that improve the functionality and performance of our products. You will also work closely with other engineers to ensure our software meets the highest standards and is fully integrated with our hardware.
