Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in microservices and event-driven architecture. The ideal candidate has a product mindset, understands the bigger picture of how technology drives business value, and can adapt knowledge flexibly to solve real-world challenges.
You should be proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and React. A solid understanding of unit testing, best practices, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance development efficiency is essential.

Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems that align with business needs.
•  Apply a product mindset by considering user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability in development decisions.
• Build and optimize high-performance, secure APIs.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
• Implement efficient data storage solutions with PostgreSQL.
• Develop and integrate event-driven applications using Kafka.
• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces with React.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
•  Adapt technical knowledge flexibly to solve real-world engineering challenges efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows and improve development efficiency.

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
• Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Kafka for real-time event processing.
• Experience with React for front-end development.
• Strong understanding of unit testing 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•  Product-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance technical decisions with business impact.
•  Flexibility to apply knowledge pragmatically based on real-world constraints and evolving requirements.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and how they can be applied to improve development efficiency.
