We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our development team. The QA Tester will be responsible for evaluating software functions and designing test protocols to ensure products meet business requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences. You will identify bugs, document issues, and ensure software reliability before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and/or automated).
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure consistent project execution.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and SQL.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a bonus.
• Exposure to continuous integration and DevOps practices.
