In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and contributing to our continuous improvement processes. As a Software Tester, you will collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early in the development cycle and provide feedback that enhances product functionality and user experience. You will have the opportunity to work in an Agile environment, utilizing your skills in both manual and automated testing methodologies. Your role will also involve maintaining comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Join us in our mission to uphold the highest standards of software excellence, and be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirementsIdentify, document, and track defects throughout the software development life cycleCollaborate with development teams to understand features and design test strategiesPerform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffectedParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and usabilityAutomate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency and coverageContribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and strategies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Software Tester or similar role in quality assuranceStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processesFamiliarity with Agile development practices and methodologiesExperience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detail
