The Splicer Apprentice is responsible for assisting the Splicer in terminating, splicing, bonding/grounding, installing CPE into customer house, documenting, and testing of all fiber optic cables within the systems fiber optic networks and their related equipment with the end goal of providing maximum operating efficiency.
This is a field-based position, in which you would be reporting to our warehouse location then traveling out into the field for your work within our Centric communities.

Job requires employees to sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs, grasp, carry, walk, climb, speak, and listen.
Work is performed mostly in a controlled office environment; however, work may be performed in customers’ homes as well. This includes installing services in attics or tightly confined spaces.
