We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager responsible for the execution, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns on various DSPs. In this role, you will lead a team of junior campaign managers, drive campaign performance improvements, and contribute to process innovation within the Ad Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs.
  • Oversee campaign creation, data onboarding, A/B testing, bid strategies, and supply optimization to ensure KPI achievement.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, scaling, and performance metrics to evaluate and enhance delivery.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage various campaign objectives, including branding, awareness, viewability, and brand safety.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide feedback, contribute to media planning, and set realistic client KPIs.
  • Identify feature enhancements or platform improvements to aid campaign performance.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze available data to generate actionable insights and develop continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills:

Campaign Execution & Optimization – Experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across self-serve DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus). Expertise in tracking macros, creative testing, and budget management. (Essential)
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring – Strong ability to track CTR, CPM, CPA, and implement data-driven optimizations. (Essential)
Ad Operations Knowledge – Proficiency in ad trafficking, tag management, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution. (Essential)
Hands-on DSP Experience – At least 1 year of experience working with self-serve DSPs. (Essential)
Campaign Management Expertise – At least 3+ years of experience in launching, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns. (Good to have)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Certifications from platforms like DV360, CM360, or other DSPs (Optional).
