If you possess a strong background in chemistry and have a desire to inspire the next generation of scientists, we encourage you to apply and bring your expertise to Mentors Learning Center, where every student’s academic journey is a priority.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and evaluate chemistry curriculum and course materials aligned with educational standards.Provide expert guidance to educators in the implementation of chemistry instruction and lab activities.Design and conduct training workshops for teachers to optimize chemistry teaching methodologies.Evaluate and update existing chemistry resources to incorporate new scientific developments and teaching technologies.Assess student progress through various evaluative methods and provide actionable feedback for improvement.Support students in understanding complex chemistry concepts and problem-solving techniques through one-on-one mentoring.Collaborate with educational staff to create an inclusive environment that addresses diverse learning needs in chemistry education. Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field; PhD preferred.Proven experience in teaching chemistry at the high school or collegiate level.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.Experience in curriculum development and instructional design in a science subject.Familiarity with contemporary educational technologies and online teaching platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of chemistry principles.A passion for education and commitment to fostering student engagement and success.
