We're on the lookout for a skilled Systems Administrator to help maintain the security, performance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing OS patches and updates, monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring key security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and apply OS patches and updates to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies through regular audits and vulnerability assessments. 
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including GPO creation, troubleshooting, and upgrades. 
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users. 
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, patching activities, and procedures. 
• Collaborate with IT team members to support various projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and patch management.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security practices.
• Experience with patch management tools (e.g., WSUS, SCCM, BigFix).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
