Apply NowSkills and Qualifications:• Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting domestic travel products and services.• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages based on their needs.• Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Product Knowledge:• Maintain in-depth knowledge of domestic destinations, tours, and travel packages.• Stay updated with the latest trends in the domestic travel market, including new destinations, hotels, airlines, etc.• Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about itineraries, accommodations, and services.Booking and Coordination:• Process customer bookings and reservations, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.Client Relationship Management:• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.• Provide personalized services and assist customers with post-sales support (e.g., travel documentation, customer concerns).• Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.Sales Reporting:Collaboration:• Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance the customer experience.• Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).• Previous experience in sales (travel industry or related field) is an advantage.• Knowledge of domestic travel destinations, products, and services.
