As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rogue Industrial Group, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing operations. Your expertise in recruitment strategies will help us identify candidates who align with our company culture and values. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruiting Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A passion for connecting people with opportunities and driving organizational success Company Credit Card will be given in addition to the compensation mentioned above.Annual Bonus based on Personal and Company PerformanceMedical Insurance, Eye Care, Dental Care, 401K, Short Term and Long Term Disability as well as Free Life Insurance.
