• Identify and engage top talent using innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Recommend and implement strategic improvements to enhance talent acquisition processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in the hiring process, providing insights on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate assessment.

Qualifications:

•  1-2 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
• Strong network of potential candidates and sourcing expertise.
• Ability to craft targeted candidate profiles and assess job skills and competencies effectively.
• Proven ability to engage and excite candidates about career opportunities.
• Skilled in leveraging various sourcing techniques, including creative and unconventional channels, to attract the right talent.
