Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the foam manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentCustomer Relationship ManagementTechnical Expertise & Product PromotionSales Strategy & ReportingPreparation Quotes & Sales ReportsKey Account ManagementMaintaining Customer LoyaltyEngaging with new clientsEngaging with locations, assessing, and analyzing client requirementsTechnical Proficiency and AssistanceCollaboration with sales and Design TeamProduct Demonstration and PresentationNegotiation and closing salesMarket Research and Competitor AnalysisAttend Industrial and Manufacturing Trade ShowsManages and provides services for the designated territory, encompassing the specified geographic area. ( GCC Countries )Achieve key metrics (customer visits per weeks, prospect visits per week, trials conducted)Maintains and shares an understanding of industry trends to team .Visit potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information Essential Functions & Key Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in technical sales, or industrial sales, preferably in the foam manufacturing industry, oil & gas, defense.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of foam materials, manufacturing processes applications , injection molded and roto molded and flightcase industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives with minimal supervision.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.Ability to travel at least 75% of the timeExcellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and business termsExcellent customer relations skills & responsivenessWork under pressurePreferred Qualifications:Experience in industries such as furniture, automotive, packaging, construction.UAE Driving License is mandatoryOnly candidates currently residing in the UAE ( Dubai )Candidates on cancelled Visa , IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE PREFERREDArabic Speaking will be a plus
