As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Support Engineer – Wireless Systems to join our team. This role involves hands-on support of advanced wireless systems, including packet microwave and millimeter-wave radios, used in 3G/4G/5G mobile transport networks and fixed wireless broadband access.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with international teams and customers to support the deployment, integration, and ongoing performance of mission-critical wireless infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for wireless transport solutions across mobile backhaul, fronthaul, and fixed wireless access applications
• Participate in deployment activities including system setup, configuration, testing, and customer acceptance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues spanning hardware, software, and network components
• Perform remote or on-site support for international customer projects
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address escalated issues and deliver timely solutions
• Document support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting workflows
• Stay up to date with the latest wireless networking trends, technologies, and best practices

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Understanding of RF propagation theory and wireless communication concepts
• Familiarity with Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols and network configuration principles
• Practical experience working in Linux-based environments
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally for support and implementation activities

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with wireless deployment (e.g., point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, backhaul systems)
• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting L2/L3 services on network switches and routers
• Proficiency using tools such as protocol analyzers, packet sniffers, and traffic generators
• Competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French, Russian, Italian)
