Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to conduct training sessions on Python Full Stack or Competitive Coding for students. The trainer should be proficient in hands-on coding, problem-solving, and mentoring learners to enhance their programming skills.Job Title: Technical Trainer – Python Full Stack & Competitive Coding (Contract)📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat📅 Duration: Immediate – 31st May 2025📝 Contract-Based | Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities:✅ Conduct interactive training sessions on Python Full Stack Development (Frontend, Backend, Databases, APIs).✅ Train participants on Competitive Coding using platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode, and CodeChef.✅ Provide real-world coding challenges and guide learners in problem-solving techniques.✅ Create training materials, assignments, and coding exercises.✅ Mentor students, assess progress, and provide feedback for improvement.✅ Adapt teaching methods based on the audience's skill level.Required Skills & Qualifications:🔹 Strong expertise in Python Full Stack (Django/Flask, React/Angular, APIs, Databases), OR Competitive Coding.🔹 Experience working with HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef, or similar platforms for Competitive Coding.🔹 Prior experience as a Trainer, Mentor, or Corporate Instructor is preferred.🔹 Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.🔹 Ability to engage and mentor students in a hands-on, interactive training environment.🔹 Immediate availability is a must. ✅ Competitive Compensation 💰✅ Opportunity to Train & Mentor Aspiring Developers 🎯✅ Enhance Your Training Portfolio 📚
