HR Force is seeking a talented Trainee Sales Development Representative for one the clients. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify and reach out to potential leads, establish strong relationships with clients, and ultimately contribute to the success of our organization.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality appointments and increase conversion rates.Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and product offerings to potential leads.Track and analyze key metrics to assess the success of lead generation campaigns.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for lead generation. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Knowledge in lead generation, preferably within the computer software industry.Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator or other CRMs preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
