Treasury Supervisor

About the Role

The Treasury Supervisor will oversee financial processes, cash flow management, and treasury policies.

Responsibilities

•  Cash Flow Management & Financial Forecasting: Assist in preparing treasury reports, including cash flow budgets and forecasts, to ensure optimal financial planning and liquidity management.
•  Treasury Reporting & Financial Analysis: Review and analyze subsidiaries’ monthly treasury reports, identifying trends and providing insights to improve financial decision-making.
•  Loan Documentation & Compliance: Support loan documentation processes and ensure accurate reporting in loan agreements, maintaining financial compliance and transparency.
•  Treasury Policy Implementation & Monitoring: Implement and monitor treasury policies related to cash management and working capital to optimize financial performance across the organization.
•  Process Optimization & Workflow Management: Oversee daily treasury workflows, reviewing and refining processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and financial control.
•  Banking Relations & Transaction Management: Assist with banking requirements, ensuring smooth execution of financial transactions.
•  Financial Authorization & Risk Management: Review transfers, sign cheques, and manage financing documents while ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
•  Project Support : Contribute to treasury-related financial projects, supporting business growth and financial stability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive financial efficiency.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel for reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financial priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
