Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate French Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this essential Entry Level role, you will provide support to our French-speaking clients, helping them to navigate and enhance their online payment systems. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that clients can complete transactions efficiently and securely.

As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building strong relationships and assisting clients in achieving their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Offer expert assistance to French-speaking clients regarding their online payment queries
• Conduct training sessions on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Swiftly resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate support records
• Collaborate with team members to address more complex challenges and develop effective solutions
• Collect client feedback to improve our service offerings and better meet their needs
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in online payment technologies

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients
• A strong focus on customer service and commitment to quality support
• Basic familiarity with online payment systems is advantageous but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach towards client support
• A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is desirable but not essential
